Engine water pump bracket bearings (such as NJ306 or NU306) differ slightly from ordinary water pump bearings:
High temperature resistance: They must withstand the continuously high temperatures in the engine compartment.
Sealing design: Most have dust covers to prevent coolant leakage.
Preload adjustment: The axial clearance needs to be adjusted to approximately 0.05mm during installation.It is recommended to check the pulley and seals simultaneously when replacing the bearing.
